Time management in litigation is largely based on a sense of urgency… and a healthy dose of “hurry up and wait.” This makes managing our time as litigation support professionals a little challenging. One of the things I’ve always enjoyed about our industry is the opportunity to learn something new or have a new challenge every day. However, this is exactly why many of us fail at time management.
