Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much I enjoyed your class. I thought everyone in the class got a lot out of it and I especially appreciated your delivery of the information via any means necessary (speech, disk, printed manual, video, poster paper on the wall, Powerpoint, etc.). I was impressed with your commitment to making the class ”vendor agnostic,” and would have been hard-pressed to know you were affiliated with DTI,
if I wasn’t already aware. You have the perfect background for teaching this stuff, coming from both law firms and the vendor side. I came away from the class thinking about my job differently and ready to make changes based on what I learned.
Great class by a great trainer, and I would recommend it to anyone involved in, or contemplating, lit support!
