Are you thinking about attending one of our classes? We are really looking forward to meeting you! You will find on this page some basic logistics and travel information that will hopefully help you plan your trip to the city you will be attending in.  If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us directly. Currently we have travel information for Atlanta and Washington, DC.

Atlanta, GA

  • Attire is Business Casual – so please come dressed comfortably and ready to learn.
  • The training room temperature can vary slightly depending on the time of year, so we do recommend bringing a sweater or jacket to ensure your comfort
  • If you are planning to take MARTA (mass transit). Please visit their website for maps, schedules and fare information (www.itsmarta.com). We are closest to the DUNWOODY stop on the RED Line. There is a shuttle that runs from the Ravinia Crowne Plaza hotel and the MARTA station. Contact the hotel for details.
  • The approximate cost for taking a cab/taxi will range from $70 – $80 coming in from the airport
  • We are located at Two Ravinia Drive, Suite 850, Atlanta, Ga 30346 if you made reservations at the Crowne Plaza, we are in the office complex behind the hotel (walking distance) and the main number is 770-390-2700.
  • The training facility is internet accessible (WiFi). You are welcome to bring your laptop with you to class.

Getting Around After Class
Our classes run from 9:00am – 4:30pm each day which still leaves a little time to see the city.

 

 

Washington, DC 

  • Attire is Business Casual – so please come dressed comfortably and ready to learn.
  • The training room temperature can vary slightly depending on the time of year, so we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket to ensure your comfort.
  • A Continental Breakfast will be provided to the class on the first day of training.
  • Lunch will be “on your own” for the week. 
  • We are located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suite 851, Washington, D.C. 20004.  The main number to reach reception is 202.842.3300.   Please use the Pennsylvania Avenue entrance. 
  • We are in the Ronald Reagan Federal Building.
  • You will need to pass through security, which requires a valid photo I.D.
  • There will be complimentary soda, coffee and water available throughout the day.
  • The training facility has internet accessible (Wi-Fi). You are encouraged to bring your laptop with you to class; it will be needed to complete homework assignments.

New York

  • Attire is Business Casual – so please come dressed comfortably and ready to learn.
  • The conference room temperature can vary slightly depending on the time of year, so we do recommend bringing a sweater or jacket to ensure your comfort.
  • If you are traveling to NYC, please take advantage of the MTA public transportation system, NJ Transit or LIRR.  
  • The approximate cost for taking a cab/taxi will range from $10 -$12 if you are coming from Penn Station or Port Authority or Grand Central Station.
  • Given the legacy traffic in mid-town has during rush hour, it could take the better of ½ – hour to get to the office; therefore, we recommend you travel earlier and allow for plenty of time the morning of the first day of class.
  • A complimentary continental breakfast will be provided on the first day of class. 
  • Breakfast and lunch for the remainder of the week will be on your own with various options available within walking distance to our office in mid-town. 
  • We are located at 64 West 48th Street (Between 6th Avenue & 48th Street). Upon entering the lobby please go to the 6th Floor, training will be held in the Boardroom.  The main phone number is 212.302.8066.
  • If you are using the MTA system, you can take the B, D, F, or M train to the Rockefeller Center 47th-50th Street Stop.

From the subway stop, walk southeast on W 48th St. toward 6th Ave (destination will be on the right).

  • Hotels as you know, are abundant in Mid-town Manhattan everywhere – rates vary in NYC this time of year, so I would encourage you to go to hotels.com for the best deals.
