Training on a Tight Budget
In law firms and corporations of all sizes, training and development are among the first items slashed when budgets must be cut. But companies are wise to maintain some development priorities, even on a smaller scale, in order to remain competitive. Attracting and retaining the best employees still requires some investment, as it is generally less expensive to invest in existing employees than to hire new ones.
